?_ . . <br />Ordinance No. 2003-75 <br />Page 2 <br />SECTION 2: That upon passage of this Ordinance and the execution of the said easement, <br />the City Engineer is hereby authorized and directed to forward the original of the said easement to <br />the City of Cleveland, Division of Water for acceptance and then to the Cuyahoga County Recorder <br />for recording. <br />SECTION 3: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure immediately <br />necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety and welfare and for the further reason that <br />it is immediately necessary to grant said easement so that the improvements associated with the North <br />Olmsted Library project can forthwith proceed as scheduled, and further provided it receives the <br />affirmative vote of two-thirds of all members of Council, it sha11 take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />;--? <br />, <br />PASSED: 3 <br />A <br />L.
