0 <br />? <br />EASEMENT FOR WATEit METER VAULT <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY TFESE FRESENTS <br />THAT the City of North Olmsted, municipal corporation of the Sta.te of Ohio, herein for <br />consideration of the sum of one dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration, receipt of which <br />is hereby acknowledged, do(es) hereby give, grant, bazgain and convey to the City of Cleveland, <br />municipal corporation of the Sta.te of Ohio, the Grantees herein, the right-of-way and easement <br />far the purpose hereinafter mentioned is the following premises, to wit: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga, State of Ohio and known <br />as being paR of Original Oimsted Township Lot 21, Tract 6 and more fully described as <br />follows: <br />Beginning at 5/8" iron pin found at the southeasterly comer of Lot 2 of Olmsted <br />Square Subdivision as recorded in Piat Book 215, Page 35 of the Cuyahoga Courriy <br />records: <br />Thence S 510 47' 61" W, along the northeMy line of Lorain Road (80 feet wide), also <br />being the southerly tine of said Olmsted Square Subdivision, a distance of 259.49 feet to a <br />point; <br />Thence S 380 00' 03" E, a distance of 80.00 feet to a point, said point being the True <br />Place of Beginning for the parcel of tand herein described; <br />Thence continuing S 380 00' 03" E, a distance of 37.58 feet to a point; <br />Thence S 5110 59' S7" W, a distance of 20.00 feet to a point; <br />Thence N 380 00. 03" W, a distance of 37.50 feet to a point; <br />Thence N 510 47', 51" E, along the southerly line of said Lorain Road, a distance of <br />20.00 feet to the Tnue Place of Beginning and corrtaining 0A172 Acres of land, more or <br />less, as determined in April 2003 by Gary R. Rouse, Registered Surveyor No. 6867, with <br />GBC Design, Inc., but subject to all legal highways and any restrictions, reservations or <br />easement of record. <br />** Basis of Bearing for this survey is N 730 55' 25" W, the centerline of Butternut Ridge <br />Road (60 feet wide) as recorded in Deed Volume 225, Page 116 of the Cuyahoga County <br />records. <br />Be the same more or less but subject to all legal highways. <br />The Grantor(s) convey the right and easement to enter upon said premises and to install, <br />repair and maintain therein the water meter(s), also to tutn off the water of any service or main, or <br />to do any other tlung tha.t may be necessary or advisable in the judgment of said Grantees, its <br />successors or assigns, in order to maintain or operate said meters in accordance with the <br />ordinances, rules and regulations for the management of said Grantees not in force or that may <br />hereafter be adopted. <br />
