<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />Request for Proposal <br />Information System Consulting Services <br />(April, 2003) <br />T he City of North Olmsted invites your proposal to provide information systems <br />consulting services for the evaluation, pwchase and installation of a financial <br />accounting information system for the City of North Olmsted within the available <br />resaurces and conversion to be completed by end of 2003. The Scope of Services to be <br />provided is described in Section VI of this Request for Proposal. <br />This Request for Proposal provides the instructions for preparing and submitting a <br />proposal as well as the proposal evaluation procedures and criteria to he used in the <br />selection of the information systems consulting firm for the Project. This Request for <br />Proposal also indicates the principal contractual terms that the City of North Olmsted <br />proposes to govern the relationship between it and the information systems consulting <br />firm. <br />Any questions coneerning this Request for Proposal should be directed to the Director of <br />Finance, Ms. Carrie B. Copfer. The City of North Olmsted will determine whether any <br />addenda should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters. Ms. Copfer is the <br />sole contact on behalf of the City of North Olmsted with respect to this Request for <br />Proposal. Ail inquiries by candidates must be directed, in writinS, to her. Proposers may <br />not visit any buildings or sites without the consent of Ms. Copfer or her representative. <br />The City of North Olmsted reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify the principal <br />contractual terms, as weli as the scope of the actual (Narne of the type of) services to be <br />completed. <br />3 <br />
