? <br />? <br />X. ORAL PRESENTATIONS <br />An oral presentation by one or more of the Proposers may be requested after the <br />Proposal Deadline identified in Section N of this RFP. Each Proposer should be <br />prepared to discuss and substantiate any of the azeas of the proposal submitted. The <br />receipt of a copy of this RFP by a firm and a submission of a written proposal by the <br />firm does not constitute an obligation of the City to grant and/or conduct an oral <br />presentation to each and every Proposer. <br />XI. MODIFICATION OF CRITERIA, PROCEDURE, AND TERMS <br />This RFP sets forth the intent of the City as to the procedure and criteria by which <br />the Information Systems Consulting Services Firm will be selected and what will be <br />the terms of the Agreement between the City and the successful Proposer. Except as <br />required by statute, the City reserve the right, in its sole discretion, to modify this <br />procedure and criteria by which the Information Systems Consulting Services Firm <br />will be selected and the terms of the Agreement up to the execution of an <br />Agreement. <br />XII. CLARIFICATION AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF PROPOSALS <br />The City reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to have any Proposer clarify or <br />supplement its proposal, including through direct contact with one or more <br />Proposers after Proposal Deadline identified in Section IV of this RFP. <br />8 <br />
