<br />VIIL CONSIDERATION OF PROPOSALS <br />A. Any proposals submitted to the City are to be prepared at the Proposer's <br />expense. <br />B. Any assumptions made by the Proposer in preparing the proposal must be <br />listed separately and attached to the proposal in writing. <br />C. The City does not obligate itself to accept any proposal. <br />D. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and will have no <br />liability whatsoever to any Proposer whose proposal is not accepted. <br />E. Acceptance of a proposal will not constitute an agreement between the <br />Proposer and the City. Any proposal will not be binding on the City unless and <br />until an Agreement covering all conditions and provisions of the Information <br />Systems Consulting Services has been reduced to writing, executed by both the <br />successful Proposer and the City and attachment of the appropriate certificates. <br />F. Along with the other criteria contained in the Codified Ordinances of the City <br />of North Olmsted, Ohio, the following criteria will be used to select the <br />successful Proposer: <br />1. Understanding of the Project based on narratives contained in the RFP. <br />2. Experience of the Proposer to perform information system consulting <br />services with similar projects having comparable facilities based upon the <br />magnitude and nature of the similar project. <br />Experience of personnel who are to be assigned to the Project by the <br />Proposer as evidenced in resumes attached to its proposal and, if <br />completed by the City, post-proposal interviews. <br />4. Experience with other projects of the City of North Olmsted. <br />5. The Proposer's demonstration of its ability to perform the requested <br />services based an narratives contained in the RFP. <br />IX. REJECTI4N OF PROPOSALS <br />The City af North Olmsted, through its duly authorized officiais, reserves the right <br />to reject any, part of any, or a11 proposals, to waive informality in any proposals, and <br />to hold all proposals for a period of sixty (60) days before acceptance. The <br />Information 5ystems Consulting firms whose proposals are nat accepted will be <br />notified after a binding contractual agreement between the City and an Information <br />Systems Consulting Firm exists or if the City reject all proposals. <br />7 <br />
