Warner Job No. 74602 <br />Dear Mayor Musial: <br />R.E. Warner and Associates, Inc. (R.E. Warner) is pleased to submit this revised Agreement <br />Modification for the continuing provision of professional services to supplement the City of North <br />Olmsted's (City) engineering capabilities. <br />The services to be provided under this Agreement Modification as described in more detail below <br />will be for the months of March and April 2003, and shall terminate at the end of that duration uriless <br />mutually agreed upon and provided for under a supplemental agreement. <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />In the absence of a full time City Engineer employed by the City, it is the City's desire to provide for <br />assistance in completing the various duties and requirements for which the City Engineer's affice <br />has responsibility. Experience through the implementation of the previous agreement indicates that <br />significant onsite participation is required. R.E. Warner will assist and supplement the present <br />engineering staff as follows: <br />Task 1: Provide for the preparation and attendance at appropriate meetings by a Senior <br />Registered Professional Engineer (total of three meetings per month). Mr. Vincent J. <br />D'Angelo, P.E. or Mr. Frank Keehl, P.E. will provide this representation. <br />Task 2: Provide for the presence on site at the City Engineer's office of a Senior Registered <br />Civil Engineertwo 8-hour days perweek (total of 8 days per month), forthe purpose <br />of coordinating and assisting existing Engineering Department staff on routine and <br />special issues.
