'?. Ordinance No. 2003-32 Ballroom rental will range from $600 to $1,200. The exact Ballroom rental rate, as well as additional fees and charges, to include Ballroom dancing, New Year's Eve Dinner Dance, golf outings, all food and food services and all other special events shall be set by the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor. The fees will be based on a standardized charge, depending on the number of persons attending the event, the menu chosen, as well as the cost for any other amenities. All program rates, including any newly established golf or ballroom programs, shall be established through negotiation, the price of which shall be determined by several factors, including but not limited to, (1) the dwation of the program; (2) the time that the facility will be leased; (3) the repetitive nature of any type of program; and (4) the services requested. The amount to be charged or fees to be assessed, with respect to said types of programs, shall be established with the approval of the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor."
