<br />Ordinance No. 2003-32 <br />.? <br />the <br />Mayor to have special rates (in-season) as needed to be competitive in the market place. <br />Section 2: That the FalUWinter Golf rates and chazges shall be as follows: <br />That the off-season (October thru April) golf rates and charges shall be amended by <br />Springvale management and be approved by the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor. <br />The prices sha11 be determined by several factors, including, but not limited to (1) market <br />conditions; (2) weather related factors; (3) customer response andlor satisfaction. <br />Section 3: That the Ballroom rental rates and all golf and Ballroom program fees and <br />charges are deteTmined as follows: <br />Ballroom rental will range from $500 to $1,500. The exact Ballroom rental rate, as well <br />as additional fees and charges, to include Ballroom dancing, weddings, New Year's Eve Dinner <br />Dance, golf outings, all food and food services and a11 other special events shall be set by <br />Springvale Management with the approval from the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor. <br />The fees will be based on a standardized charge, depending on the number of persons attending <br />the event, the menu chosen, as well as the cost for any other amenities. All program rates, <br />including any newly established golf or ballroom programs, shall be established through <br />negotiation, the price of which shall be determined by several factors, including but not limited <br />to, (1) the duration of the program; (2) the time that the facility will be leased; (3) the repetitive <br />nature of any type of program; and (4) the services requested. The amount to be charged or fees <br />to be assessed, with respect to said types of programs, shall be established with the approval of <br />the Director of Public Safety and/or the Mayor." <br />SECTION 2: That a11 Ordinances, including Ordinance No. 98-110, and parts of <br />Ordinances, inconsistent or in conflict with this Ordinance, shall, to the extent of any such <br />inconsistency or conflict, be repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance shall take and be in effect from and after the earliest <br />period provided for by law. <br />PASSED: First Reading: _?1. p 6? _ <br />' --- Second Reading: ?
