7.2 The following procedures shall apply to the administrarion of all grievances filed under this <br />Article. <br />A. When any of the aforementioned Grievance conditions azise, the following procedures <br />shall be strictly observed: <br />All Grievances shall be typewritten and filed on an Official Grievance Form. An Official <br />Grievance Form shall be provided to the Employee by the Association and shall contain <br />the following information at the tune the Grievance is presented: <br />The date the Grievanee occurred. <br />The time the Grievance occurred. <br />A detailed description of the incident giving rise to the Grievance. <br />Article and Sections of the Agreement involved or past practice. <br />Relief requested. <br />Name and signature of the Employee and date signed by the Employee. <br />Name and signature of the Stewazd and date signed by the Steward, if any. <br />B. Except at Step l, decisions shall be rendered in writing at each step of the Grievance <br />1'rocedure. Each decision shall be transmitted to the Aggrieved Party and his <br />representative, if any. <br />C. A grievance may be filed by any member of the Association. Where a group of <br />Associarion members desire to file a grievance involving a situarion affecting more then <br />one member of the Association in a similaz manner, one member selected by such group <br />shall process the grievance. Such grievance shall be defined as agroup grievance. The <br />names of each member, on behalf of which the grievance is filed, shall be presented on, <br />or appended to, the grievance form and submitted to the Shift Officer. The grievance <br />procedure outlined in Section 7.3 shall be used throughout. <br />13 <br />
