ARTICLE XXXVII <br />DURATION OF AGREEMENT <br />37.1 This Agreement shall be effective as of January 1, 2002 and shall remain in full force and effect <br />ucrtil December 31, 2003, and it shall automatically be renewed from year to yeaz thereafter, unless <br />either party shall have norified the other in writing in accordance with Article X7XI. <br />37.2 For the durarion of the Agreement, all wages, benefits and working conditions shall stay in effect <br />as presently covered under ttus Agreement unless changed in accordance with Article XXXI. <br />IAFF Local 1267 <br />For the Association <br />David B.
