<br />workers' compensation benefits arising out of any injury sustained by an employee or <br />employees of the CONTRACTOR and any subcontractors or other persons employed or <br />hired by CONTRACTOR under the terms of this Agreement. <br />7.5 CONTRACTOR, and CONTRACTOR'S subcontractors, shall pay prevailing <br />wage rates to all employees as required by Section 4115.06 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />7.6 Upon completion of the PROJECT and prior to final payment, <br />CONTRACTOR, all subcontractors and other persons employed or hired by <br />CONTRACTOR under the terms of this Agreement are required to file with the CITY <br />affidavits stating that each has fully complied with all applicable provisions of Chapter <br />4115 of the Ohio Revised Code. <br />SECTION 8 CONTRACTOR'S REPRESENTATIONS As part af the inducement for <br />the CITY to enter into this Agreement, CONTRACTOR makes the following <br />representations: <br />8.1 CONTRACTOR has familiarized himself with the nature and extent of the <br />Contract Documents, Work, site, locality, and with all local conditions and federal, state <br />and local laws, ordinances, rules and reguiations that in any manner may affect cost, <br />progress, perforniance or furnishing of the Work. <br />8.2 CONTRACTOR has studied carefully all reports of investigations and tests <br />of subsurface and latent physical conditions at the site or those reports that otherwise may <br />affect cost, progress, performance or furnishing of the Work which were utilized by CITY <br />in the preparation of the Drawings and Specifications. <br />8.3 CONTRACTOR has made or caused to be made examinations, <br />investigations and tests and studies of such reports and related data in addition to those <br />refened to in Paragraph 9.1.B as he deems necessary for the performance of the Work at <br />the Contract Price within the Contract Time and in accordance with the other terms and <br />conditions of the Contract Documents; and no additional examinations, investigations, <br />tests, reports, studies or similar information are or will be required by CONTRACTOR for <br />such purposes. <br />6 <br />
