8.4 CONTRACTOR has correlated the results of all such observations, examinations, investigations, tests, reports and studies with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. 8.5 CONTRACTOR has given CITY written notice of all conflicts, errors or discrepancies that he has discovered itn the Contract Documents and the written resolution thereof by CITY is acceptable to CONTRACTOR. 8.6 CONTRACTOR shall not submit any Change Orders, and shall not be entitled to additional compensation, for additional work resulting from conflicts, errors, or discrepancies, if such was discovered, or reasona.bly discoverable, by CONTRACTOR prior to the time it entered into this Agreement. SECTION 9. DRAWINGS AND ADDENDA 9.1 The Contract Drawings and Addenda issued during Bidding are incorporated by reference hereto as if fully made a part of this Agreement. SECTION 10. CHANGES 10.1 The CITY may, at any time, make changes within the general scope of this Agreement in the services or work to be performed. 10.2 If such changes cause an increase or decrease in the CONTRACTOR'S cost of, or time required for, performance of any services under this Agreement, whether or not changed by any order, an equitable adjustment shall be made and this Agreement shall be modified in writing accordingly, subject to approval by the CITY'S Board of Control, and further subject to any additional requirements of the laws of the CITY. 10.3 When the necessity exists to proceed with a change which does not allow sufficient time for review and approval by the CITY Board of Control, the Construc;tion Mana.ger, upon consultation with the Director of Public 5ervice or City Engineer, may issue a Field Work Order, instructing the CONTRACTOR to proceed on the basis of a price not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
