<br /> <br />8.4 CONTRACTOR has correlated the results of all such observations, <br />examinations, investigations, tests, reports and studies with the terms and conditions of the <br />Contract Documents. <br />8.5 CONTRACTOR has given CITY written notice of all conflicts, errors or <br />discrepancies that he has discovered itn the Contract Documents and the written resolution <br />thereof by CITY is acceptable to CONTRACTOR. <br />8.6 CONTRACTOR shall not submit any Change Orders, and shall not be <br />entitled to additional compensation, for additional work resulting from conflicts, errors, or <br />discrepancies, if such was discovered, or reasona.bly discoverable, by CONTRACTOR <br />prior to the time it entered into this Agreement. <br />SECTION 9. DRAWINGS AND ADDENDA <br />9.1 The Contract Drawings and Addenda issued during Bidding are <br />incorporated by reference hereto as if fully made a part of this Agreement. <br />SECTION 10. CHANGES <br />10.1 The CITY may, at any time, make changes within the general scope of this <br />Agreement in the services or work to be performed. <br />10.2 If such changes cause an increase or decrease in the CONTRACTOR'S <br />cost of, or time required for, performance of any services under this Agreement, whether <br />or not changed by any order, an equitable adjustment shall be made and this Agreement <br />shall be modified in writing accordingly, subject to approval by the CITY'S Board of <br />Control, and further subject to any additional requirements of the laws of the CITY. <br />10.3 When the necessity exists to proceed with a change which does not allow <br />sufficient time for review and approval by the CITY Board of Control, the Construc;tion <br />Mana.ger, upon consultation with the Director of Public 5ervice or City Engineer, may <br />issue a Field Work Order, instructing the CONTRACTOR to proceed on the basis of a <br />price not to exceed Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00). Said Field Work Order shall be <br />subsequently submitted to the CITY Board of Control, which shall approve the same <br />7 <br />
