<br /> <br />applications of this Agreement which can be given effect without the invalid provision or <br />application, and to this end the provisions of this Agreement are severabte. In lieu thereof <br />there sha11 be added a provision as similar in terms to such illegal, invalid and <br />unenforceable, provision as may be possible and be legal, vaiid and enforceable. <br />12.5 The interpretation, construction and enforcement of the provisions of this <br />Agreement sha11 be made in strict conformance with the laws of the State of Ohio and the <br />ordinances of the City of North Olmsted. <br />12.6 This Agreement shall be construed to inure to the benefit of, and be binding <br />upon, all of the parties, and their respective successors in interest and assigns. <br />8 <br />
