JOWIBradley Road and Windsor Drive Culvert Rehabilitation Page 2 of 5 INFORMATION FOR PROPOSERS In submitting its proposal, the Proposer understands there are certain prerequisites and minimum conditions that will govern the professional design services and acknowledges its acceptance and agreement to those conditions by the act of submitting a Proposal. 1. DEFINITIONS A. The "RFP" is this Request for Proposal and any written addendum issued by the City of North Olmsted. B. The "Project" is described in Appendix A to the RFP. C. The "Owner" is the City of North Olmsted. D. The "Design Professional" is the firm retained by the Owner to perform the scope of services described in APPENDIX B of this RFP. E. The "Proposer" is any firm submitting a proposal in response to this RFP. F. The "Scope of Services" is the services to be provided by the successful Proposer is as described in APPENDIX B of this RFP. G. The "Proposal" is the submittal by any Proposer in response to this RFP. H. The "Agreement" is the terms and conditions of the standard agreement form developed by the City of North Olmsted for use in contracting with the Desi(zn Professional selected bv the City in response to this RFP. II. EQUAL EIVIPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY (EEO) POLICY The Owner will only do business with firms that provide for Equal Employment Opportunity pursuant to Section 153.59 of the Ohio Revised Code. III. QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS A. Any Proposer having questions regarding this RFP shall submit those questions in writing to the Director of Public Service of the City of North Olmsted. B. Answers will be provided to all Proposers as a written addendum. Proposers are not to rely on oral discussions, instructions or answers.
