The Total Proposed Cost submitted by the Proposer in its Proposa.l to <br />complete the scope of services in APPENDIX B of this Request for <br />Proposal; <br />c. Demonstrated ability to complete similar projects. <br />VIII. REJECTION OF PROPOSALS <br />The City of North Olmsted, through its duly authorized officials, reserves the right <br />to reject any, part of any, or all proposals, to waive informality in any proposals, <br />and to hold all proposals for a period of ninety (90) days before acceptance. The <br />professional design firms whose proposals are not accepted will be notified after a <br />binding contractual agreement between the Owner and a Design Professional Fum <br />exists or if the Owner rejects all proposals. <br />IX. ORAL PRESENTATIONS <br />An oral presentation by one or more of the Proposers may be requested after the <br />Proposal Deadline identified in Section IV of this RFP. Each Proposer should be <br />prepared to discuss and substantiate any of the areas of the proposal submitted. The <br />receipt of a copy of this RFP by a firm and a submission of a written proposal by <br />the firm does not constitute an obligation of the Owner to orant and/or conduct an <br />oral presentation to each and every Proposer. <br />Y. i'VIODIFICATION OF CRITERIA, PROCEDURE, Ai?1D TERMS <br />This RFP sets forth the intent of the Owner as to the procedure and criteria by <br />which the professional design firm will be selected and what will be the terms of the <br />Agreement between the Owner and the successful Proposer. Except as required by <br />statute, the Owner reserve the riQht, in its sole discretion, to modify this procedure <br />and criteria by which the professional desip firm will be selected and the terms of <br />the Agreement up to the execution of an Agreement. <br />XI. CLARIFICATIOlv AND SUPPLEMENTATION OF PROPOSALS <br />The Owner reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to have any Proposer clarify or <br />supplement its proposal, including through direct contact with one or more <br />Proposers after Proposal Deadline identified in Section IV of this RFP.
