? `. <br /> <br />APPENDIX A <br />BRADLEY ROAD ANDMINDSOR DRIVE <br />CULVERT REHABILITATION <br />Description of Project <br />The project consists of professional design services for the Bradley Road and Windsor <br />Drive Culvert Rehabilitation including preliminary repair recommendations, hydraulic <br />analysis of the Bradley Road culvert, preliminary and detailed construction plans, and <br />right of way and legal description prepazation. The culverts are multi-plate steel arches <br />with concrete footings and headwalls. <br />A separate set of construction drawings _will be required for each culvert. <br />The Bradley Road Culvert Rehabilitation may receive partial construction funding from <br />Cuyahoga County. <br />i <br />
