<br />Bidding Process and Construction Phase Services <br />l. The consultant shall be available during the bidding process and construction phase to <br />answer questions about design intent and content of the plans and specifications. I:f <br />any addenda are required to clarify or modify the plans and specifications, such <br />addenda shall be issued to the City as requested by the City Engineer. <br />2. Attendance at a pre-bid meeting will be required. <br />Schedule for the Basic Scope of the Design Professional Services <br />1. Delivery of preliminary report, preliminary plans, and initial prohable estimated cost <br />of construction by six weeks after signing of the contract. <br />2. Delivery of the City review comments for the preliminary plans by eight weeks after <br />signing of the contract. <br />3. Delivery of detailed plans, draft technical specifications and final probable estimated <br />cost of construction by fifteen weeks a$er signing of the contract. <br />4. Delivery of the City review comments for the final plans by seventeen weeks after <br />signing of the contract. <br />5. Delivery of final plans and technical specifications by twenty weeks after signing of <br />the contract. <br />Page 3 of 3
