INSURANCE <br />10.1 The CONTRACTOR shall comply with a11 workers' compensauon laws of <br />the State of Ohio and shall carry at least the following minimum private insurance <br />coverage: <br />a. General Liabiiity and Comprehensive Automobile Liability Insurance in an <br />amount not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000.00 aggregate) for <br />injuries, including those resulting in death, to any personal, and property <br />dama.ge. Said insurance shall be maintained in full force and effect during <br />the life of this Agreement and shail protect the CO]v'TR.4CT0R, its <br />employees, a.gents, and representatives from claims for damages for personal <br />injury and wrongful death and for darnaQes to property arising in any manner <br />from the nealigent or wrondul acts, errors or omissions of the <br />CONTRACTOR, its employees, agents or representauves in the <br />performance of the services under this Agreement. <br />b. Valuable Papers inmranc-I in an amount sufficient to assure the restoration <br />of any drawings, project manual pages, field notes, or similaz daxa relating to <br />the woric under this Agreement, in the event of their Ioss or destruction, <br />during the Iife of this Agreement. <br />c. Professional Liabiliiy Insurance in an amount $1,000,000 aggregate shall be <br />carried by the CONTR.ACTOR to provide coveraQe for any errors, <br />omissions or negiigence by CONTRACTOR, anci its employees, agenu, and <br />representaxives. Subcontractors of the CONTR.ACTOR who are manifestly <br />not providing professional services need not carry Professional Liability <br />Insurance. <br />10.2 Certificates showi.ng the CONTRACTOR is catrying all of the above <br />described insurances in at Ieast the above specified m;n;rnum amounts shall be fizmished to <br />the CITY before the CITY is obligated to make any payment to the CONTR.4CTOR for <br />6 <br />
