Section 2. A full-time employee shall be granfed a five (5) day leave of absence with <br />pay, in the event of the death of an immediate family member who resides outside the State of <br />Ohio. <br />Section 3. immediate family shall include: spouse, chiidren, father, mother, brother, <br />sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law, mother-in-law, father-in-law, step-parents, step-children, <br />son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and grandparents <br />Section 4. in the event of a death of any other relative not listed above, an employee <br />shall use his accumulated sick leave. Pursuant to Article 16, Section 3; one such absence per <br />year shall not affect eligibility for bonus days. <br />ARTtCLE 34 - UNIFORMS <br />Section 1. Police Secretaries within the Police Department shall be required to wear <br />uniforms in accordance wi#h the regulations of the Police Department. Police Department <br />Secretaries shall be required to purchase the prescribed uniform. The City shall pay the <br />following amount as clothing allowance to such emp(oyees : <br />1995 ----------Three hundred twenfy-five dollars ($325.00) <br />1996 ----------Three hundred fifty doilars ($350.00) <br />1997----------- Three hundred seventy-five dollars ($375.00) <br />The aforementioned clothing allowance shall be paid in the month of December each year of <br />this agreement. Employees transferred, promoted and/or newly hired shall receive the listed <br />clothing allowance within thirty (30) days following the effective date of the transfer, promotion <br />or hiring date. <br />35 <br />
