?. <br />SECRETARY II <br />Effective July 1, 1995 the following base rate of pay shall be paid providing the year(s) of full- <br />time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $10.43 per hour <br />Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by Jufy 1, 9995 $ 9.98 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $ 9.55 per hour <br />Employee having cornpleted two (2) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $ 9.14 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by July 1, 1995 $ 8.75 per hour <br />Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After Jufy 1, 1995----------------------- $$.37 per hour <br />Effective January 1, 1996 through December 31, 1996, the following base rate of pay shall <br />be paid providing the year (s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $10.80 per hour <br />Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $10.33 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $ 9.8$ per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $ 9.46 per hour <br />Employee having cornpleted one (1) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1996 $ 9.06 per hour <br />Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After June 30, 1996----------------------- $ 8.66 per hour <br />Effective January 1, 1997 through the durativn of the agreement, the following base rate <br />of pay shall be paid providing the year (s) of full-time service requirement is met: <br />Employee having completed five (5) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $11.12 per hour <br />Employee having completed four (4) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $10.64 per hour <br />Employee having completed three (3) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $10.1$ per hour <br />Employee having completed two (2) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $ 9.74 per hour <br />Employee having completed one (1) year(s) or more service by June 30, 1997 $ 9.33 per hour <br />Employees starting------------ Zero (0) After June 30, 1997----------------------- $ 8.92 per hour <br />Effective Juiy 1, 1995, employee's that have been prornoted to the classification of Secretary II after <br />July 1, 1995, shal( be efigible to move to the next higher pay rate step after campleting one (1) <br />continuous year of service within this classification. <br />Appendix A - 5 <br />42 <br />
