7. Maintain records on projects as required, ordinances, meetings as required, and complaints <br />as required. Process and prepare time sheets, insurance forms, permits. Maintain time <br />records such as vacation, sick leave, overtime and other records as required. <br />8. Act as Matron as required. <br />9. Performs other duties as assigned. <br />SPECIAL SKILLS: <br />Skilis in typing, data entry and word processing, camputer operation. Skills in public contact. <br />Knowiedge of general office procedures. Knowledge of assigned departmental policies and <br />procedures. Computer literate with a working knowledge ofi: Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and <br />other software programs. All required certifications, such as but not limited to, Criminal History <br />Certification, CRIS Certification, LEADS I and II Certification. <br />- Must excel in English, composition, spelling, grammar, punctuation. <br />- Skilled in Word Processing and typing accurately and neatly (minimum 45 wpm) <br />- Ability to deal with confidential matters. <br />- Ability to perform under pressure and perform more than one task at a time. <br />- Ability #o accurately and neatly complete data entries timely. <br />PERSONAL TRAITS: <br />Shall be dependable, diplomatic, flexible, confident, poised and have the ability to cooperate and work <br />with other people. <br />Appendix B - 3 <br />;?. <br />56 <br />.. <br />?,-
