JOB DESCRIPTION: <br />POSITION TITLE: <br />RESPONSIBLE TO: <br />JANITOR <br />MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR <br />MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: <br />Experience in janitorial requirements at Recreation areas and facilities. Considerabie <br />experience in operations af commercial vacuums, carpet cleaning equipment, automatic floor <br />scrubbers and other floor care equipment. Solid background in cleaning and sanitizing of locker <br />areas and restrooms. <br />Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions and must have graduated from <br />high school or equivalent in experience. <br />DESCRIPTION OF DUTfES: <br />1. Cleaning floors, windows, decks, walls, carpeting and performing normal housekeeping <br />routines. <br />2. Cleaning and sanitizing of all locker rooms and restrooms. <br />3. Operating commercial cleaning equipment and maintaining a clean appearance of the <br />Recreation Center at all time. <br />4. Assist maintenance supervisor when necessary. <br />5.
