LETTER OF AGREEMENT <br />The 1995 through June 1998, Collective Bargaining Agreement between the City of North <br />Oimsted (City) and Local 2681, Ohio Council 8, AFSCME (Union) is supplemented by the following: <br />The parties agree an employee who works more than twenty (20) hours per week but less <br />than forty (40) hours per week on a regular basis is cansidered a regular part-time employee and a <br />member of the bargaining unit. <br />It is further agreed, employees who work twenty (20) hours or less per week are excluded <br />from the bargaining unit. <br />IN WITNESS WH REOF, the parties have <br />??-,?,?.., , 1995, <br />hereunto set their hand this c?? ? day of <br />FOR THE UN/ON: <br />?
