H- TQ P. 07 <br />theix- scheduled week at 8:30 a.m. on Friday wili be available at <br />8:30 a.m. on that Friday. <br />In the event of a shortage of an employee paycheck, that eYCeeds <br />$25.00, such shoxtage shali be pazd within forty-eight (48) hours after <br />notification of shortage is rnade to the supexvisor <br />A1tTICLE 32: <br />WAIVER IN CA3E OF EM$RGENCY <br />SECTION 1: In case of emergency dec7.ared by the President of the <br />United States, the GoveXnor of the State of Ohio, the Mayor o£ the City <br />of Nozth Olmsted, the Federal or State Legislature, such as acts of God <br />and civil dxsorder, the fallowing conditions of this Agreement shall <br />automatically be suspended: <br />a) time 2imxts for Management or the Union's xeplies on grievances <br />b) a].l work rules andJor provisi:ans of agXeements ax practices <br />directly relating to the assignment of all employees. <br />SECTION 2: Upon the terminatian of the emergency, should valid <br />gzievances exist, they shall be processed in accoxdance with thE <br />pzovisions outlirzed in the Grievance Pracedure of this Agreement and <br />shall pxoceed £rom the point in the gxxevance pxacedure to which theX <br />(the qrievance(s)) had propexly pragxessed. <br />ARTICY,E 3 3 : <br />SEVERABILITX <br />SECTTON 1: If during the life of this Aqreement, any af the <br />provisions conta5.ned herein are held to be invalxd by opexations of law <br />ox by any tribunal of campetent jurisdiction, the remaindez of the <br />Agreement sha11 not be affected thereby. In the event any pxovision <br />herein is sa rendered invalid, upon ;aritten request by either party <br />hereto, the Employer and the Union will meet promptZy for the purpose <br />of discussinq a mutually satisfaCtory replacement for such provisions. <br />? <br />30
