P. i=?. <br />ARTICLE 34: <br />DURATION aF' AGREEMEId'r <br />SEGTION l: (A) xhis Agreement sha.ll become effective on July 1, <br />1995 alnd shall remain in full force and effect until June 30, 1998, <br />unless otherwise terminated as provided hexein. <br />(B) Tf either party desires to modxfy, amend or <br />terminate this Agreement, they shall give written notice of such intent <br />no earlier than one hundred and twenty (120) ca2endar days nor Iatex <br />than sixty (60) calendar days pzior to the expiratian date of the <br />Agreement.
