<br />grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base and surfacing, by reconstructing
<br />and rehabilitating catch basins, driveway aprons, sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer service
<br />connections, storm sewers, water mains and water service connections, where necessary, and
<br />by installing street lighting in Alden Drive, Dewey Road, Douglas Drive, Sweetbriaz Drive from
<br />its intersection with Canterbury Road westerly approximately 900 feet, and Willet Road from
<br />its intersection with Evergreen Drive westerly approximately 450 feet; in each case together with
<br />necessary appurtenances and work incidental thereto; as a part of a consolidated issue of
<br />$13,920,000 Various Purpose Improvement Notes, Series 1994C, dated June 22, 1994, which
<br />1994C Notes are to mature on June 22, 1995; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance No. 93-59, passed on May 18, 1993, notes in
<br />anticipation of bonds in the amount of $2,250,000 (the 1993A Notes) were issued for the
<br />purpose of improving the Ciry's street system by (i) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing
<br />the pavement base, widening, preparing the surface and paving with concrete, reconstructing
<br />water mains, sidewalks and driveway aprons where necessary, constructing and reconstructing
<br />storm sewers where necessary, and installing above-ground wires and cables for street lighting
<br />in Maria Lane and Rosita Lane; (ii) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement
<br />base, widening where necessary, preparing the surface and paving with concrete, reconstructing
<br />water mains, sidewalks and driveway aprons where necessary, constructing and reconstructing
<br />storm sewers and catch basins where necessary, and installing underground wires and cables for
<br />street Iighting in Deerfield Drive, Dawn Drive, Dawn Circle, Chase Drive, Fawn Drive, Doe
<br />Drive, Antler Drive and Hunter Drive; (iii) reconstructing sections of the pavement base,
<br />preparing the surface and paving, installing underground wires and cables for street lighting,
<br />reconstxucting storm sewers, curbs, sidewalks and driveway aprons and reconstructing and
<br />rehabilitating sanitary sewers and sanitary sewer connections, all where necessary in Brighton
<br />Drive, Surrey Drive, Christman Drive, Stafford Drive, Sommerset Drive, Hastings Drive,
<br />Sutton Drive, Cambridge Drive and Stewart Avenue; (iv) reconstructing sections of the
<br />pavement base, preparing the surface and paving, where necessary, in Alden Drive, Allendale
<br />Drive, Amesbury Drive, Ashton Circle, Beaumont Drive, Bellewe Drive, Berkshire Drive,
<br />Bretton Ridge Drive, Carey Lane, Carla Lane, Cedarwood Lane, Chadbourne Drive, Clayton
<br />Drive, Clinton Drive, Croton Drive, Decker Road, Delmere Drive, Devon Drive, Dorchester
<br />Drive, Dorothy Drive, East Oxford Oval, Fairlawn Drive, Glouchester Drive, Hampton Drive,
<br />Hawkins Road, Huntington Drive, LeBern Drive, Midvale Avenue, Noreen Drive, Northem
<br />Avenue, North Oxford Oval, Paisley Drive, Pompton Drive, Revere Drive, Southem Avenue,
<br />South Oxford Oval, South Porter Road, Tudor Drive, Vincent Drive, Warrington Drive,
<br />Wellington Drive, Westminster Drive, West Oxford Oval, Willet Circle and Willet Road;
<br />(v) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing the surface and
<br />paving with concrete, reconstructing water service connections, storm sewers, sidewalks and
<br />driveway aprons, reconstructing water mains where necessary, and constructing and
<br />reconstructing catch basins where necessary, in North Oxford Oval, South Oxford Oval, East
<br />Oxford Oval and West Oxford Oval; (vi) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the
<br />pavement base, preparing the surface and paving with concrete, reconstructing driveway aprons
<br />and catch basins, installing above-ground wires and cables for street lighting, reconstructing
<br />water mains, water service connections, sanitary sewers, sanitary sewer service connections,
<br />storm sewers and sidewalks where necessary, and constructing catch basins where necessary in
<br />Woodview Drive; (vii) grading, draining, curbing, reconstructing the pavement base, preparing
<br />the surface and paving with concrete, constructing storm sewers and catch basins, reconstructing
<br />sidewalks and driveway aprons, installing above-ground wires and cables for street lighting, and
