is hereby authorized to prepaze a contract for the sale of said property consistent with this <br />Ordinance and the provisions of Ordinance No. 94-15 that have not been modified hereby. Upon <br />the execution of said contract by the City and the purchaser, the Mayor be and he is hereby <br />authorized to execute a deed on behalf of the City. <br />SECTION 2: That any portion of Ordinance No. 94-15 which is inconsistent with this <br />Ordinance is hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 3: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide for the disposal of surplus property <br />within the City and further providerl that it receives an affirmative vote of two thirds of all <br />members of Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval <br />by the Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />? <br />T.• <br />l <br />BARBARA L.
