4 Ordinance No. 95-46 <br />Page 2 <br />During training period, part-time Bus Operators and Hostlers shall be <br />paid the federal mandated minimtun wage per hour. <br />**Extra Labor, includes summer and temporary help students, other <br />temporary employees and custodial helpers. The hourly rate shall be in the <br />range as given. <br />SECTION 2: That effective May 1, 1995 part-tine hourly employees shall <br />receive a uniform allowance as follows: <br />A. Bus Operator - The sum of $160.00 paid upon completion <br />of the training programs. <br />B. To be eligible to receive an annua.l clothing allowance <br />of $160.00, a minimlun of 250 hours must be completed in <br />the previous year. <br />C. Hostler - A maxiimm of three (3) sets of laundered work <br />clothin; each week. <br />SECTION 3: That there is a seniority system, by classification, for <br />part-time hourly Bus Operators and Hostlers, whereas seniority begins after <br />completion of the prescribed training program. <br />SECTION 4: That this ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, <br />safety and welfare, and for the further reason that it is immdiately <br />necessary to provide for the continuity of service of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line, and further provided it receives the affirmative vote of <br />two-thircLs of all rnembers of Council, it shall take effect and be in force <br />immediately upon its passage and approval by the Mayor. <br />f <br />PASSED :' <br />ATTEST: ` <br />?L FZz. _ <br />?
