. <br />... ? <br />. <br />?s <br />CTTY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 95-45 <br />BY: Mayor Edward Boyle <br />AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE DIRECTOR OF <br />PUBLIC SERVICE TO ADVERTISE FOR BIDS FOR THE SALE <br />OF SURPLUS CITY OA'NED PROPERTY LOCATED AT 25128 <br />LORAIN ROAD AND BEARING PERMANENT PARCEL <br />NUMBERS 231-36-006, 231-36-007, 231-36-008, AND <br />DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED. <br />WHEREAS, this Council has determined that the existing Fire Station No. 1 municipal <br />property at 25128 Lorain Roed is no longer needed for municipal purposes and as such is surplus <br />in nature; and <br />WHEREAS, Council now seeks to dispose of said property by advertising for bids for the <br />sale of said property to the highest and best bidder. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />NORTH OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That the following described real estate belonging to the City of North <br />Olmsted is not needed for municipal purposes, to wit: <br />Situated in the City of North Olmsted, County of Cuyahoga and <br />State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Dover Township <br />Lot No. 8, and being further designated by Cuyahoga County Map <br />Records as Permanent Parcel Nos. 231-36-006, 231-36-007 and <br />231-36-008, and having a combined frontage of about 168.37 feet <br />and an approximate average depth of about 208 feet. <br />SECTION 2: That the Director of Public Service be and is hereby authorized and directed <br />to obtain an appraisal of and advertise the sale of property described above and referred to as <br />Permanent Pazcel Nos.231-36-006, 231-36-007, 231-36-008, and that said advertisement shall <br />provide for minimum terms of sale approved by the Director of Law of the City of North <br />
