.A . 40„ _ <br /> <br />Olmstsd, and that upon receipt of the bids for the sale of said property that the Boazd of Control <br />award the bid to the highest and best bidder and that the Mayor be and is hereby authorized to <br />execute a deed o n behalf of the City, upon said approval. <br />SECTION 3: That any and all funds generated from the sale of the subject property, <br />excluding costs of sale, shall be placed in a separate fund and be used only for fire department <br />equipment, the improvement of existing buildings, or the retirement of debt on land currently <br />owned by the City and used for a fire station building. <br />SECTION 4: That the Director of Finance be and he is hereby authorized to establish the <br />fund specified in Section 3 hereof and to use said funds only when appropriated by Council and <br />then only for the specific purposes enumerated in Section 3 hereof. <br />SECTION 5: That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />immediately necessary for the preservation of the public health, safety, and welfare and for the <br />further reason that it is immediately necessary to provide for the continuity of services within the <br />City and further provided that it receives an affirmative vote of two thirds of all members of <br />Council, it shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage and approval by the <br />Mayor. <br />PASSED: <br />A,,T'.Ci?tT:t-?c',t?" <br />BARBARA L.
