CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />ORDINANCE NO. 95 - 29 <br />BY: MAYOR ED BOYLE <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 915.04 OF THE CODI?'I'IED ORDINANCES <br />OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED TO ESTABLISH REVISED USER CAARGES <br />TO BE LEVIED AND ASSESSED UPON EACH LOT, PARCEL OF LAND, BUII.DING <br />OR PREMISES HAVING ANY SEWER CONNECTION WITH THE MUNICIPAL <br />SANITARY SEWAGE SYSTEM, PROVIDING AMOUNTS TO BE CHARGED FOR <br />INDUSTRIAL WASTE SURCHARGES PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 915 OF THE <br />CODUIED ORDINANCES AND INDUSTRIAL PRETREATMENT PROGRAMS FEES <br />PURSUANT TO SECTION 917.04 OF THE CODBUD ORDINANCES, REPEALING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 94-120 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY, AS AMENDED <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted owns and operates a sanitary sewage system serving the <br />residential, commercial and industrial users of the City and certain users outside the municipal <br />corporation; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is required by the Ohio Environmental Protection <br />Agency to make certain improvements to the system, including improving the existing municipal <br />wastewater treatment facilities and sanitary sewerage system; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of North Olmsted is required by the Ohio Environmental Protection <br />Agency at all times to prescribe and charge user rates for the services and maintenance thereof, <br />for the proper improvement and replacement reserves and for sufficient earnings coverage for the <br />debt service on the revenue bonds and any additional bonds that may be issued from time to <br />time; and <br />WHEREAS, this Council, previously passed Ordinance No. 94-120 on September 30, 1994 to <br />establish user rates for this purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF TI-E CITY OF NORTH <br />OLMSTED, COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA, AND STATE OF OHIO: <br />SECTION 1: That Section 915.04 of the Codified Ordinances of the City is hereby amended to <br />read in full as follows: <br />
