"915.04 User Charges <br />(a) All premises within the corporation limits of the City of North Olmsted, Ohio, shall <br />pay a sewer user charge based upon the quantity of water used on the premises as <br />shown by the records of the Division of Water of the City of Cleveland, unless <br />specified otherwise in this Chapter. <br />The user rates shall be broken down as follows: <br />A portion will be established to cover the costs incurred for the operation, <br />maintenance and replacement of the system. <br />A second portion will be established to cover costs of debt reduction and <br />capital improvements. <br />All revenues shall be deposited in the Sewer Revenue Fund. <br />(b) For the foregoing purposes, there is hereby levied and assessed upon each lot, <br />parcel of land, building or premises inside the corporate limits of the City having <br />any sewer connection with the sanitary sewerage system of the City, or otherwise <br />discharging sewage, industrial wastes, water or other liquids, either directly or <br />indirectly, into the sanitary sewerage system, industrial wastes, water or other <br />liquids, either directly or indirectly, into the sanitary sewerage system, or which <br />is accessible thereto, a user charge payable as hereafter provided and in an amount <br />determinable as follows, effective with all bills rendered during the respective <br />periods set forth herein: <br />Ouarterly Metered Rates (Per 1,000 Cubic Feet) <br /> Column A Column B Column C <br /> Operation, <br /> Maintenance and Debt <br />Period Replacement Service Total _ <br />Nov. 1, 1994 thru Mar 31, 1995 $18.40 $2.74 $21.14 <br />Apr. 1, 1995 thru Oct. 31, 1995 $25.85 $3.11 $28.96 <br />Nov. 1, 1995 thru Jan. 31, 1996 $25.85 $6.94 $32.79 <br />Feb. 1, 1996 and after $28.02 $8.24 $36.26
