SECTION 13: That the following salary ranges are hereby established for various employees of the Division of Aging. FROM TO 1995 1996 1897 A. Administrator 22,000 39,945 41,343 42,584 Annually B. Outreach Worker 6.00 12.54 12.98 13.37 Per Hour C. Activities Coordinator 6.00 12.54 12.98 13.37 Per Hour D. Craft Instructor 6.25 12.54 12.98 13.37 Per Hour E. The salaries of all employees of the Division of Aging shall be established by the Mayor. SECTION 14: That pay rate ranges for years after 1997 will be increased no more than the prior year annual increase per the Consumer Price Index for Wage Earners and Clerical Workers within the Cleveland Consolidated Metropolitan Statistical Area. This may be referred to as the CPIW within the Cleveland CMSA. SECTION 15: That all pay ranges and amounts established will be effective no earlier than January 1 st of the respective year. Salaries specified in this Ordinance shall be paid by the Director of Finance on a bi-weekly basis.
