(A) For the duration of this contract, the holidays shall be: <br />New Year's Day <br />Memorial Day <br />Labor Day <br />Christmas Day <br />Veterans Day <br />Easter <br />Independence Day (July 4) <br />Thanksgiving Day <br />Good Friday <br />President's Day <br />5.5 An full-time employee who is ordered or called out to report in person for duty <br />within one and one-half hours of completion of a normally scheduled shift shall have the <br />time between the end of the shift and the start of such duty counted as time worked <br />toward the minimum established overtime pay, not to include court time. <br />5.6 Any full-time member of the bargaining unit who is ordered to duty but <br />subsequently released prior to reporting shall receive pay for one hour at his regular rate <br />of compensation. <br />5.7 Part-time employees shall be paid at the rate of one and one half (1 1/2) times the <br />employees regular rate of compensation for all hours worked which exceed eight (8) <br />consecutive hours in a twenty-four hour period, except double back period. All hours <br />which exceed forty (40) hours during a work week shall be paid at the rate of one and <br />one half (1 1/2 ) times the employees regular rate of compensation for those hours which <br />exceed forty (40) during that week. <br />ARTICLE VI <br />WAGES <br />6.1 Effective January l, 1995, full-time employee shall be paid the base wages as <br />follows: <br />5 <br />
