ARTICLE V <br />OVERTIME/EXTRA DUTY/C'ALL OUT <br />5.1 All full-time employees shall be paid one and one half (1 1/2) times their regular <br />rate of pay for all hours required to be worked in excess of the work day or week as <br />defined in Section 4.1. <br />5•2 Any full-time employee who qualifies for overtime by virtue of the provisions of <br />Section 1 hereof shall be paid a minimum of two (2) hours when required to report for <br />extra duty over and above his regular workday and work week. Such an employee shall <br />also be paid a minimum of two (2) hours for appearance at the Rocky River Municipal <br />Court and minimum of four hours for appearance at the Grand Jury or Common Pleas <br />Court when the same are required, and are also at a time other than the employee's <br />regular work tour. The compensation for the aforesaid hours will be at time and one-half <br />(1 1/2). <br />5.3 On January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 1:5 of each year, each member of <br />the bargain unit shall be paid for all overtime hours accumulated in excess of eighty (80) <br />hours for the three (3) calendaz month period immediately prior to the above dates of <br />January 15, April 15, July 15, and October 15. Any payment as set forth above shall be <br />paid at the rate of pay applicable to each employee according to his Police Department <br />classification, and payments shall include longevity earned. <br />5.4 Full-time bargaining unit members shall receive an additional four (4) hours <br />straight-time pay if required to work eight (8) hours or more on the below designated <br />holidays, or, receive time off in lieu thereof as approved by the Chief of Police. <br />Part-time employees shall be paid at one and one half his regular rate of pay for <br />all hours worked on any of the holidays listed below: <br />4 <br />?.? , ..., . . ..?. ..a.. .?,?. <br />. .. ?. . > ..: .. ?:,?.?? r ? <br />?, . ,
