CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72- l/~ BY: ~ AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE ORGANIZATIONAL CHART FOR THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, SETTING FORTH' THE COMPEN- SATION TO BE PAID EMPLOYEES OF THE FINANCE DEPARTMENT, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 72- 73, ENACTED JUNE 6, 1972. WHEREAS, Council. of the City of North Olmsted has established an Organizational Chart for the Finance Dep~R.rtment of the City of North Olmsted ;and WHEREAS, Council wishes to set forth.the remuneration to be paid employees of the Finance Department ;and WHEREAS, Council has combined the Organizational Chart of the Finance Department and compensation to be paid to the employees of the Finance Department including the Municipal Income Tax Division of the Finance Department. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio : Section 1. That the complement of the Finance Department, and all its divisions shall be as follows : Director of Finance Director of Finance's Secretary (also referred to as Assistant Finance Director ) Director of Finance Assistant Secretary Income Tax Administrator Clerical Help in Income Tax Division Said Finance Department shall be under the direction of the Finance Director who shall be responsible for the operation of the Finance Department. Section 2. That retroactive to April 1, 1972, the remuneration of employees in the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted, including all its division shall be as follows : Director of Finance $13, 00.00 Annually Director of Finance's Secretary ( Assistant Finance S~Erector) $ 5, 350.00 to $ 7, 563.00 Annually Director of Finance Assistant Secretary and other Clerical help necessary $ 1.44 to $ 3.00 Per Hour Income Tax Division Administrator $ 5.00 to $ 5.64 Per Hour Clerical Help (Income Tax Division $4, 280.00 to $ 5, 644.25 Annually Effective January 1, 1974 and thereafter Director of Finance $14,500.00 Annually which salaries shall be payable by the Director of Finance bi-weekly. Section 3. The secretarial and clerical help of the Finance Department of the City of North Olmsted shall receive, as a longevity increment, the sum of $25.00.
