BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted , State of Ohio : Section 1. Ordinance No. 72-83, Section 7 now reading as follows : Section 7. "The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate towards the purchase of hospitalization with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 57 ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted. The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, of the hospitalization cost fir unmarried full time employees of the Engineering Department, and in the event any full time employee of the Engineering Department is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $200.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family hospitalization plans shall be established by Contracts 53YK and 57ZK." . be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows : Section 1. Ordinance No. 72-83, Section 7 shall read as follows Section 7. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate with either the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans or with the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Engineering Department of the City of North Olmsted. The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Engineering Department and in the event any full time employee of the Engineering Department is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an ad- ditional sum of $200.00 per year towards the cost of the family hospitalization plans with either the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan. Section 2. Ordinance No. 72-84, Section F now reading as follows Section F. "The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 57ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line.
