C: CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72-175 Page 2 The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, of the hospitalizatt-on cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted MurAcipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $100.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family hospitalization plans shall be established by Contracts 53YK and 57ZK. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, Accident and Health Insurance, which insurance shall pay the employees in the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00 ) per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental death and death benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1, 500.00) . The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single person's rate with either Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans or with the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan for all secretarial and clerical empl©yees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line of the City of North Olmsted. Said insurance shall also have accidental and deth benefits with the principal sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($l, 500.00 ) . The City of Norti~ Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 57ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Municipal Bus Line of the City of North Olmsted.
