The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single person's rate with either the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans or with the Kaiser Community Health Foundation for all secretarial and clerical employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line of the City of North Olmsted. The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $100.00 per year towards the cost of the family hospitalization plans with either the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan. That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, Accident and Health Insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is unable to work as a result of an accident or ill health, in the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00 ) per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental death benefits with the principefl sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1, 500.00 ) . Section 4. Ordinance No. 72-86, Section 4 now reading as follows : Section 4. "That for the Clerk of Council of the City of North Olmsted shall pay an amount equal to a single persons rate per month towards the cost of Blue Cross Hospitalization and Medical Mutual premiums of said employees, as established by Contract 5 3YK and Contract 5 7ZK. Section 5. Ordinance No. 72-104, Section F now reading as follows : Section F. " The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 57ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted. The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time police employees of the Police Department, excluding Auxiliary Police and School Guards, and in the event any full time employee of the Police Department is married or is the head of the family the
