CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE NO. 72-175 Page 3 <br />rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Municipal <br />Bus Line, and in the event any full time employee of the Municipal Bus Line is mauled <br />or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional <br />sum of $100.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with the <br />Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family <br />hospitalization plans shall be estabkii.shed by Contracts 53YK and 57ZK. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows : <br />Ordinance No. 72-85 , Section G shall read as follows <br />Section G. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single person's rate <br />with either the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans or with the <br />Kaiser Community Health Foundation for all secretarial and clerical employees of <br />the North Olmsted Municipal Bus Line of the City of North Olmsted. <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's <br />rate, the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line and in the event any full time employee of the North Olmsted <br />Municipal Bus Line is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted <br />shall contribute an additional sum of $100.00 per year towards the cost of the family <br />hospitalization plans with either the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual or Kaiser <br />Community Health Foundation Plan. <br />That excluding secretarial and clerical employees in the North <br />Olmsted Municipal Bus Line all full time employees of the North Olmsted Municipal <br />Bus Line shall be furnished, at no cost to the employees, Accident and Health <br />Insurance, which insurance shall pay the employee in the event he is unable to <br />work as a result of an accident or ill health, in the sum of Forty Dollars ($40.00 ) <br />per week. Said insurance shall also have accidental death benefits with the <br />principefl sum of Fifteen Hundred Dollars ($1, 500.00 ) . <br />Section 4. Ordinance No. 72-86, Section 4 now reading as follows : <br />Section 4. "That for the Clerk of Council of the City of North Olmsted shall <br />pay an amount equal to a single persons rate per month towards the cost of Blue Cross <br />Hospitalization and Medical Mutual premiums of said employees, as established by <br />Contract 5 3YK and Contract 5 7ZK. " <br />be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows <br />Ordinance No. 7'L-86, Section 4 shall read as follows : <br />Section 4. That for the Clerk of Council the City of North Olmsted shall <br />contribute a single person's rate with either Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospi- <br />talizattdn Plans or with the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan. <br />Section 5. Ordinance No. 72-104, Section F now reading as follows : <br />Section F. " The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate <br />towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual <br />Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 57ZK, for all secretarial <br />and clerical employees of the Police Department of the City of North Olmsted. <br />The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons <br />rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time police employees of the Police <br />Department, excluding Auxiliary Police and School Guards, and in the event any full <br />time employee of the Police Department is married or is the head of the family the <br /> <br />
