" The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate towards the purchase of hospi~lization with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospital- ization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 57ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Fire Department of the City of North Olmsted. The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time Fire employees of the Fire Department, and in the event any full time employee of the Fire Department is married or is the head of the f amily the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $360.00 per year towards the cost of the family hospitalization plan with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family hospitalization plans shall be estabb.shed by Contracts 53YK and 57ZK. For all full time employees of the Public Works Division, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Public Works Division, and in the event any full time employees of the Fublic Works Division is married or is the head of a family, the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $330.00 per year towards the cost of a .family hospitalization plan with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single person's hospitalization and family hospitalization plan shall be established by Contracts 53YK and 57ZK.
