" The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate towards the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 57ZK for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Publitc Works Division of the City of North Olmsted. For all full time employees of the Public Works Division the City of .North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Public Works Division and in the e~rent any full time employee of the Public Works Division is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $330.00 per year towards the cost of a family hospitalization plan with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single person's hospitalization and family hospitalization plan shall be established by Contracts 53YK and 57ZK." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows Section 9. Ordinance No. 72-133, Section 9 shall read as follows Section 9. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single person's rate with either the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans or with the Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plan for all secretarial and cleal employees of the Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted. The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Public Works Division and in the event any full time employee of the Public Works Division is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $330.00 per year towards the cost of the family hospitalization plans with either Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans or Kaiser Community Health Foundation Plans. Section 10. That all other ordinances or parts of ordinances, or resolutions or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. Section 11. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Finance and to the various departments involved. Section 12.
