<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />~.< , <br />ORDINANCE NO. 72- ~." ~ PAGE 2 <br />( $1, 000. ) , oonditioned to save the public harmless by reason <br />of any unlawful use of such weapons carried by them. Persons <br />injured by.-such improper use may have recourse on such bond. <br />( ORC 2923.012 ) <br />(b) Subsection (a) does not apply to carrying a pistol, revolver, <br />zip-gun, other concealable firearm, or any concealable weapon <br />or device capable of discharging a projectile, as prohibited by <br />Ohio R.C. 2923.01. <br />(c) Whoever violates this section shall, .for a first offense, be <br />guilty of a misdemeanor. <br />Section 2. That any ordinance or parts of ordinances, or resolutions or <br />part-s of resolutions, inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance, are here- <br />by repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, safety, <br />health and welfare by virtue of the fact that Section545.08 prior to this amend- <br />ment is in conflict with the provisions of the State Statutes.
