<br />a credit card, where such false statement is actually relied
<br />upon by the issuer in issuing a credit card to the person making
<br />such false stt~ttement.
<br />(c) No person shall take a credit card from the person, possession,
<br />custody or control of another without the cardholder's consent,
<br />and no person shall receive a credit card with knowledge that it
<br />has been so taken with intent to use or sell it, or transfer it to a
<br />person other than the issuer or the cardholder.
<br />(d) No person who receives a credit card that he knows to have been
<br />lost, mislaid or delivered under a mistake as to the identity or
<br />address of the cardholder shall retain possession of such card
<br />with intent to use it, sell it or transfer it to a person other than
<br />the issuer or the cardholder.
<br />(e) No person shall buy or sell a credit card from a person other than
<br />the issuer.
<br />(f) No person shall, with intent to defraud the issuer, a person or
<br />organization providing money, goods, services or anything else
<br />of value, or any other person, obtain control over a credit card
<br />as security for debt.
<br />(g) No person shall, with intent to defraud a purported issuer of a
<br />person or organizattion providing money, goods, services or any-
<br />thing else of value or any other person, falsely make, emboss or
<br />utter a purported credit card, and no person shall alter a credit
<br />card which was validly issued without the authorization of the
<br />named issuer. A person falsely embosses a credit card when,
<br />without the authorizaekton of the issuer,hia completes such credit
<br />card by adding any matter, other than the signature of the csrd-
<br />holder, which an issuer requi res to appear on the credit card be-
<br />fore it can be used by a cardholder.
<br />(h) No person other than the cardholder or a person authorized by him
<br />shall, with intent to defraud the issuer, a person or organization
<br />providing money, goods, services, or anything else of value, or
<br />any other person, sign a credit card.
<br />(i) No person shall, with intent to defraud the issuer, a person or
<br />organizes providing money, goods, services or anything else
<br />of value, or any other person, use for the purpose of obtaining
<br />or attempting to obtain money, goods, services or anything else
<br />of value, a credit card obtained or retained in violation of this
<br />section or use a credit card which he knows, or has reasonable
<br />cause, is forged, expired or revoked, or obtain or attempt to
<br />obtain money, goods, services or anything else of value by
<br />representing, without the consent of the cardholder, that he is
<br />the holder of a specified card or that he is the holder of a card,
<br />when such card has not been issued.
<br />(j) No person who is authorized by an issuer to furnish money, goods,
<br />services or anything of value upon presentation of a credit card by
<br />the cardholder, and no agent or employee of such person shall,
<br />with intent to defraud the issuer or the cardholder, furnish money,
<br />goods, services or anything else of value upon presentation of a
<br />credit card obtained or retained in violation of this section.
