CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED Ordinance No. 72- /~3 Page 3 Works Dvi:~on and in the event any full time employee of the ~~;~.c Works Di- vsion_ is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $330.00 per year toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single person's hospi~lization and family hospitalization plan shall be established by Contracts 53YK and 57ZK. Section 10. All full time employees of the Public Works Division and the Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service. Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. Section 11. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this ~srdinance and especially Ordinance No. 72-87 enacted June 6, 1972, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this ordinance. Section 12. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to forward a copy of this ordinance to the Department of Public Service, the P~i'blic Works Commissioner and the Director of Finance in order that the Director of Finance can pay the compensation as hereinabove set forth. Section 13. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the immediate necessity of adjusting to the requirements of the various jobs. WHEREFORE this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise at the earliest period allowed by law.
