BY: ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING AN ORGANL~ATIONAL CHART FOR THE WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITIES, COLLECTION SYSTEM AND LIFT STATIONS, A SECTION OF THE PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION OF THE CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED, SETTING FORTH THE PERSONNEL NEEDED AND ESTABLISHING THE REMiTNERATION FOR ALL EMPLOYEES OF SAID DIVISION AND REPEALING THE APPLICABLE SECTIONS OF ORDINANCE N0. 72-87 ENACTED JUNE 6, 1972 AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY. WHEREAS, Council has adopted Organizational Charts for all employees, both salaried and hourly, of the City of North Olmsted, and WHEREAS, Council has adopted the Organizational Chart in order to establish future personnel needs, as the needs of the City of North Olmsted increase due to population expansion, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the City of North Olmsted, State of Ohio: Section 1. There is hereby created a Wastewater Treatment Section of the Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted. Said section shall include the Wastewater Treatment Plant, the Collection System and Lift Stations personnel. Section 2. The Public Works Commissioner shall be responsible for all operations of said Section and all supervisors shall report directly to the Public Works Commissioner. Section 3. The complement of the Public Works Division shall include the Wastewater Treatment Section and shall be as follows: A. One (1) Superintendent Wastewater Treatment Facilities 1. Treatment Plant a. One (1) Chief Operator b . One (1) Chief Mechanic c. One (1) Maintenance Mechanic d. One (1) Mechanic Helper e. One (1) Maintenance Laborer f. One (1) Truck Driver g. Eight (8) Plant Operators h. Four (4) Plant Laborers 2. Collection System and Lift Stations a. One (1) b . One (1) c. One (1) d. One (1) e. Three f. Two (2) Systems Chief Foreman Systems Maintenance Technician Lift Station Attendant 3) Equipment Operators Laborers Section 4. That retroactive to January 1, 1972, the compensation to be paid to members and employees of the Wastewater Treatment Section of the Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted shall be as follows: .~;
