Section 5. Employees of the Public Works Division shall be paid their regular rate of pay and shall not be required to work on the following holi- days: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanksgiving Day; Christmas Day; and the employee's birthday. Employees of the Wastewate Treatment and Collection System section of the Public Works Division shall not be required to work on the aforesaid holidays unless required to work on said holidays by the Public Works Commissioner in case of an emergency. Section 6. All full time employees of the Public Works Division except the Secretary to the Public Works Commissioner, having completed five (5) years of full time continuous service, as employees of said department or having been transferred from some other department by administrative appointment shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of ten (1) years full time continuous service, after which such employee shall receive 4! of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of their fifteenth (15) year of continuous full time service, after which said employee shall receive 5% of their base annual salary until completion of their twentieth (20) year of continuous full time service, and thereafter each year of full time service thereby they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments. Section 7. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single person's. rate toward the purchase of hospitalization with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospitalization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 57ZK for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Public Works Division of the City of North Olmsted. For all full time employees of the Public Works Division, the City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single person's rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time employees of the Public Works Division, and in the event any full time employee of the Public Works Division is married or is the head of the family, the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $330.00 per year toward the cost of a family hospitalization plan with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single person's hospitalization and family hospitalization plan shall be es~~blished by Contracts 53YK and 57ZK. Section 8. All full time employees of the Public Works Division shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: ~~~:, w _. i
