<br />,~ <br />r~-: <br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED Ordinance No. 72-~~ Page 3 <br />Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1} year full time service <br />Three (3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service <br />Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. <br />Section 9. All other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of <br />ordinances or parts of resolutions inconsistent herewith to the pro- <br />visions of this ordinance, and especially Ordinance No. 72-87 enacted <br />June 6, 1972, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this <br />Ordinance. <br />Section 10. That the Clerk of Council is hereby instructed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Division of Public Service, <br />to the Public Works Commissioner and the Director of Finance in order <br />that the Director of Finance can pay the compensation as hereinabove <br />set forth. <br />Section 11. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an <br />emergency measure necessary for the preservation of the public peace, <br />health, safety and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact of the <br />immediate necessity of adjusting ~h the requirements of the various <br />jobs.
