CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED ORDINANCE N0. 72-124 PAGE 3 <br />Section 4. That the employees of the Fire Department of <br />North Olmsted be reimbursed, not to exceed $3.00 per day for per <br />while in attendance of the Fireman's Training School established <br />of Ohio at a place designated by the Fire Chief, which school is <br />week period with twenty (20) days of class attendance required. <br />the City of <br />diem expenses <br />by the State <br />for a four (4) <br />Section 5. That the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby directed to <br />forward a copy of this Ordinance to the Director of Finance in order that the <br />Director of Finance can pay the compensation, as hereinabove set forth, and a <br />copy of this Ordinance shall be forwarded to the Fire Chief. <br />Section 6. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency <br />measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, safety, <br />health and welfare of the City by virtue of the fact that this is the last <br />meeting prior to Council's adjournment for their summer vacation and this <br />Ordinance must be passed for the safety of the City. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance <br />shall take effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at <br />the earliest period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~~ <br />ATTEST: <br />/~ ~ ~ ~ <br />Nora T.
