That excluding secretarial and clerical employee, that all full time employees of the Fire Department having completed five (5) years of full time continuous service as employees of said department shall be paid an additional 3% of their base annual salary, thereafter until completion of the tenth (10) year of continuous full time service, after which such employee shall receive 4% of their base annual salary, thereafter until the completion of the fifteenth (15) year of continuous full time service, acid thereafter 5% of their base annual salary until the completion of the twentieth (20) year of continuous full time service, and during each year of full time service thereafter they shall receive 6% of their base annual salary as longevity increments. C. In computing length of service for the purpose of making payments of longevity increments hereinabva+e set forth, no credit shall be given for part- time service, but such limitation is only for the purpose of computing longevity increments and the exclusion for part-time service shall not deprive any employee of any other benefits which may be due for part-time service as employees in the Safety Department. D. In addition to the regular base salary plus increments and other wage increases, all regular employees of the Fire Department, including officers, shall on their original appointment and during the first calendar year of their appointment receive $300.00 clothing allowance, and shall during each calendar year thereafter receive a clothing allowance of $300.00 to be determined and dis- bursed by and with the approval of the Fire Chief of the Department. E. The City of North Olmsted shall contribute a single persons rate towards the purchase of hospitalization with Blue Cross and Medical Mutual Hospital- ization Plans, as set forth in Contracts 53YK and 57ZK, for all secretarial and clerical employees of the Dire Department of the City of North Olmsted. The City of North Olmsted shall pay the full amount, single persons rate, of the hospitalization cost for unmarried full time Fire employees of the Fire Department, and in the event any full time employee of the Fire Department is married or is the head of the family the City of North Olmsted shall contribute an additional sum of $260.00 per year towards the cost of the family hospitalization plan with the Blue Cross and Medical Mutual, both single persons hospitalization and family hospitalization pens shall be established by Contracts 53YK and 57ZK. F. That all full time employees of the Fire Department shall be entitled to certain holidays during the year and shall not be required to work on those holidays, unless scheduled to work by the Fire Chief. In the event the employee works on one of the following days, the employee shall receive another day. off from work to replace the holiday he worked. The scheduled holidays are as follows: New Year's Day; Memorial Day; Independence Day; Labor Day; Thanks- giving Day; Christmas Day; the employee's birthday; and the employee`s personal use day. G. Thai all full time employees of the Fire Department shall be entitled to an annual vacation in accordance with the following schedule: Two (2) weeks vacation after one (1) year full time service Three ~3) weeks vacation after seven (7) years full time service. Four (4) weeks vacation after fifteen (15) years full time service. Section 3. That all other ordinances or resolutions, or parts of ordinances or parts of resolutions, inconsistent herewith to the provisions of this Ordinance and especially Ordinance No. 72-76, are hereby repealed with the effective date of this Ordinance.
