<br />CITY OF NORTH OLMSTED <br />fj <br />~St; <br />ORDINANCE NO. 72- ~~Q PAGE 3 <br />(c) No person shall operate any motor vehicle in violation of any <br />restriction imposed on his operator's or chauffeur's license by <br />the Ohio Registrar of Motor Vehicles pursuant to Ohio R.C. <br />4507..24 ) <br />(d) No person shall receive an operator's or chauffeur's license, <br />or a motorcycle operator's endorsement of an operator's or <br />chauffeur's license, unless and until he surrenders to the <br />Registrar all valid licenses in his possession issued to him <br />by another jurisdiction recognized by the State of Ohio. No <br />person shall be permitted to have in his possession more than <br />one valid license at any time. (ORC 4507.02 ) <br />Section 2. That any ordinance or parts of ordinances, or resolutions or parts <br />of resolutions, inconsistent with the provisions of this Ordinance, are hereby re- <br />pealed with the effective date of this Ordinance. <br />Section 3. That this Ordinance is hereby declared to be an emergency measure <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, safety, health and wel- <br />fare by virtue of the fact that Section 335.01 prior to this amendment is in conflict <br />with the provisions of the State Statutes. WHEREFORE, this Ordinance shall take <br />effect and be in force immediately upon its passage, otherwise, at the earliest <br />period allowed by law. <br />PASSED: ~~~ ~.- <br />ATTEST: <br />Nora T.
